I started my diet yet again today. My eating habits and my workout habits have bent out of control bad. I am sad to say that I have hit an all time low, I am where I was before the weight loss 187.5 (ok maybe not the 192 I used to be but just as bad)
So back to healthy eating for me:)
At least I have good things in place. I joined the gym which I went to today and yesterday. They also have fruit at work which I’m happy about and have gladly participated in. I also started making lunch comprised of salads.
So here goes nothing I try again👏😄👏😄😬
